Operatory Specimen (cholecystectomy): a lot of yellow deposits, some of them confluent, deeply in the mucosa (conglomerated cholesterosis crystals incorporated in macrophages).
Piesa operatorie (colecistectomie): nenumărate depozite gălbui, unele confluente, în straturile profunde ale mucoasei (conglomerate de cristale colesterolice încorporate în macrofage).
